Boxpark is on its way to Croydon.

The latest scheme will be built from 80 shipping containers, providing 24,000 sq ft of shopping and restaurant space with a covered courtyard area for events.

Billed as a modern Covent Garden, the innovative pop-up mall is set to open in summer 2016.

Boxpark’s founder and CEO Roger Wade said: “Croydon is one of the last London boroughs to be developed. Stratford, White City and Nine Elms have all seen recent new developments. I want everyone to re-think their view of Croydon. It’s the home of Kate Moss, Tracey Emin, and now Boxpark!”
